The Story Behind Rebecca Rivard

Rebecca Rivard is a visual artist who creates vibrant, multi-layered abstract works using acrylics and markers on wood panels, canvas, and recycled materials. Her signature intricate linework reveals hidden depths and internal structures, guiding viewers through visual narratives that mirror self-exploration.

With a BFA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and music composition studies at Juilliard, she often draws on musical structures to shape her compositions.

Her work has been exhibited throughout Westchester and recognized at venues including the Carriage Barn Art Center and Bedford Art Show. Through her practice, Innerworkingart, and her community leadership with the Katonah Museum Artists’ Association, Rivard invites others to engage with the transformative power of process-based art.
